I am the mother of an addict. My daughter is a beautiful person. I pray every day for her healing, as I do for all addicts. I have a precious grandson who is the light of my life. I am engaged to my soul-mate. My blessings are countless.... and plentiful. One of the things that I have found, is that I need to continuously feed my spirit. I have a great passion for life. It was once said that "Poems hang out where life is". My work is a mere expression of thoughts that live inside of me. I write for no other reason than pure enjoyment. I once read that poetry is just ordinary magic. I hope you will enjoy taking a read around. I give special thanks to SoberMusicians and the people here who prompted me to write again.
