Hello. My name is Shane L. and I am a grateful recovering alcoholic.
I'm doing things today and am available for things to happen today because I drank until I hit a very dark bottom. I've been through detox, a halfway house, and a 3/4 house over the span of 3 1/2 years. I've done my steps as suggested by my sponsor and am now engrossed in service work to help bring the message to the next alcoholic that suffers.

I'm a little confused about how this site works, as I have already have been directed to two different ways to blog. Anyway, if this connects to my last blog, this will be part 2 to describe what I'm trying to do. I'm involved with a lot of music venues for sober musicians. Right now, I'm the Vice Prez of the Alano Recovery Club of Agawam MA
